A native of Casper, Dr. Robert Tobin received his undergraduate and medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska after which he completed his internal medicine internship at Creighton University Affiliate Hospitals. Dr. Tobin completed a radiation oncology residency and clinical fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He returned to Casper in 1990 and helped establish the Wyoming Cancer Center (now Rocky Mountain Oncology Center). As the medical director of RMOC, Dr. Tobin, a board certified radiation oncologist, directs a large prostate seed implant program and has completed over 1,000 prostate brachytherapy cases in the past ten years. He enjoys fishing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
