Your Patient Guide

An important member of the treatment team, the Patient Guide is someone who provides support, identifies appropriate resources to meet each patient's individual needs, and is always available to answer questions about resources, wellness services, transportation, and more. As a dedicated contact for patients and caregivers, the Patient Guide:

  • Coordinates with your caregivers to allow better collaboration at diagnosis
  • Acts as a go-to resource for information on wellness services, financial resources, support groups, transportation, psychological support and more
  • Provides emotional support to patients, beginning on Day One
  • Empowers the entire cancer care team to provide the best care possible
