“Particularly in the field of cancer care as in many other areas of medicine, the most compassionate way to be a physician is to take a few quiet seconds and imagine yourself as the patient in front of you.”

Dr. Sarah Glynn believes that every patient deserves personalized cancer care grounded in the latest evidence and delivered with empathy, clear communication, and respect. Growing up in Indiana, she developed an early passion for medicine while watching the positive impact her father and grandfather, both radiologists, had on the lives of their patients.

Healthcare Professionals

Michelle “Shelley” Buell, FNP-C

“After more than six years caring for cancer patients at Rocky Mountain Oncology, I’m incredibly grateful to continue that work in a new role. Having experienced cancer within my own family, I’ve seen firsthand how valuable knowledge and support can be—especially when you’re navigating something completely unfamiliar. My goal is to make sure patients and their families feel informed, supported, and never alone in the process—before, during, and after treatment. I believe there’s always room for honesty, compassion, and, when the moment allows, a little humor.”

Debra Griner, RN, MS, FNP-C

“I am very passionate about medicine and feel blessed to be a part of the Rocky Mountain Oncology team in providing compassionate care to individuals and families.”
